Reports to: District Manager

- Maintain proper staffing levels
- Exceed scorecard goals for your location
- Maintain facility cleanliness and operations to company standards
- Demonstrate and support company values, processes and procedures
Duties
- Manage work schedule to ensure proper coverage.
- Accommodate required staff breaks and lunches.
- Be a consistent producer of memberships.
- Cover all location roles as needed but always having the Cashier role a priority.
- Create and process incident reports to company standards.
- Contribute to new employee training.
- Provide ongoing coaching/training to your location staff.
- Ensure all cashiers can understand the sales membership conversation and Q&As naturally.
- Manage your staff to maintain your location cleaning schedule.
- Report maintenance issues or needed repairs ASAP to the maintenance team.
- Ensure supply levels are maintained for location operations.
- Respond to customer complaints and cancellation requests.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and work ethic as an example to your staff.
- Respond to company communication in a timely manner utilizing the company preferred apps and programs.
- Address people's issues with your staff related to core values, GWC (get it, want it, capable), attendance and work performance according to company procedure.
- Participate in weekly GM meetings.
- Contribute to company projects when requested.
- Submit community sponsorship requests to the marketing leader for consideration.
- Flexible to work out staffing issues when needed outside your scheduled working hours.
- Support and back up your fellow GMs as needed and can be accommodated.
- Six months or more of proven success in a sales position or two years or more of leadership and management experience in a similar industry
- Over a year of proven success in an inside sales role at the same company
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Excellent internal communication skills that foster trust
- Able to manage new communication and operational technology as used by the company
- Ability to work both independently and as a team player in a close-knit sales team
- Proactive learner; ambitious and success-driven
- Confident, energetic and organized

Salary: $40,000 Training / 45,000 after training is complete
